The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi dismissed an application for rectification of mistake filed by an advocate on behalf of M/s. Sunder Singh & Co. (P) Ltd. The application was not maintainable as Section 35Q of the Central Excise Act requires the application to be filed by the applicants themselves.
