The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai directed the applicants to deposit Rs. 4 lakhs towards duty within eight weeks from the judgment date to waive the pre-deposit of the remaining duty and penalty amounts. Failure to comply would result in the vacation of stay and dismissal of the appeal without prior notice.
