2021 (11) TMI 1074 - HC - Indian LawsNot permitting to travel abroad - petitioner states that his companions were permitted to go abroad, but, however, he was prevented from going - HELD THAT - This court is of the view that it would suffice if a direction is issued to respondent No.4 to pass orders on the representation dated 22.10. 2021 submitted by the petitioner. Such information whatsoever sough t by the petitioner shall be given to him within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receiving in formation, the petitioner is given liberty to avail the appropriate remedies available under law. Petition disposed off.
The petitioner was not allowed to travel abroad, so he filed a writ petition. The court directed respondent No.4 to respond to the petitioner's representation within one week. The petitioner can seek further legal remedies as needed. The writ petition was disposed of with no costs.
