Not permitting to travel abroad - petitioner states that his companions were permitted to go abroad, but, however, he was prevented from going - HELD THAT - This court is of the view that it would suffice if a direction is issued to respondent No.4 to pass orders on the representation dated 22.10. 2021 submitted by the petitioner. Such information whatsoever sough t by the petitioner shall be given to him within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receiving in formation, the petitioner is given liberty to avail the appropriate remedies available under law. Petition disposed off.
