2022 (10) TMI 1194 - HC - Indian LawsGrant of bail - whether the applicant has a valid visa or passport? - HELD THAT - The applicant has relied upon an order of Abdul Sattar v. State of NCT of Delhi passed in BAIL APPLN. 1014/2022 dated 08.07.2022 to show that bail can be granted if the accused has spent substantial period in jail. However, the said application does not deal with the rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act. Mr Kushwaha, learned counsel seeks and is granted four weeks to address arguments. List on 18.11.2022.
