1996 (7) TMI 318 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi upheld the confiscation of a video camera under Section 111(p) but set aside confiscation under Section 111(d). The appellants were given the option to redeem the goods by paying a fine of Rs. 14,000 in addition to the duty leviable. The appeal was partly allowed.
