MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th March, 2016 G.S.R.382(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 211 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and in supersession of the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Ministry of Company Affairs, Assistant Director (Forensic Auditing), and Senior Assistant Director Recruitment Rules, 2006, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Director (Forensic Audit), Senior Assistant Director (Forensic Audit) and Deputy Director (Forensic Audit) in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Serious Fraud Investigation Office:- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Assistant Director (Forensic Audit), Senior Assistant Director (Forensic Audit) and Deputy Director (Forensic Audit) Recruitment Rules, 2016. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
