Pay, allowances and other benefits 15. (1) The Board, shall at its discretion, decide from time to time the pay and allowances of employees in each Position and each Grade. (2) The Board, may at its discretion, from time to time frame such schemes and allow such other benefits for the welfare of the employees on such terms and conditions as it may decide. (3) Allowances shall be payable to employees for the duration who fulfill the conditions subject to which they are admissible.
