VERSUS UTV NEWS LTD. 2018 (5) TMI 1367 - SUPREME COURT therefore this matter may be kept in abeyance - HELD THAT - The appeal is adjourned sine die - Both sides have liberty to mention as and when the matter is finally decided by the Larger Bench of the Supreme Court.
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Ahmedabad adjourned the appeal on taxability of renting immovable property service pending a decision by the Larger Bench of the Supreme Court in the case of UOI & Ors. Vs. UTV News Ltd. 2018 (5) TMI 1367 (SC). Both parties have liberty to mention the matter when the Larger Bench decides.
