The Supreme Court of India in 2022 (11) TMI 292 - SC Order, with Mr. Sanjiv Khanna and Mr. J.K. Maheshwari, JJ., condoned the delay and issued notice on whether salary paid on secondment of employees is a taxable service under Section 65(105)(k) of the Finance Act, 1994.
