2023 (11) TMI 730 - SCH - CustomsRefusal of bail - offences under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 read with Section 120B IPC - petitioner has been in custody for more than 15 months and also deposited the penalty amount which he was required to by the adjudicating Authority - HELD THAT - This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves to be enlarged on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail subject to such terms and conditions as the Trial Court may impose including the one that he shall not contact the other accused. Petition disposed off.
