F. 7(433)/Policy-II/VAT/2012/PF/879-886 Dated : 04/10/13 CIRCULAR NO . 19 of 2013-14 S ub: R e gard i ng filin g o f Stock Statement. In continuation to this department's Notification No. F.7(433)/Policy-II/VAT//2012/PF/ 817-828 dated 23/09/2013 on the subject cited above, it is hereby clarified that the said notification merely withdraws the need for separate filing of Stock-I statement online since it is to be filed in Annexure 1 D along with the 2 nd quarter return for the year 2013-14 as notified vide Notification No.F.3(16)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2013-14/dsVI/785 dated 20/09/2013. The requirement for separate filing of Stock-1 statement for 2012-13 as per the Notification No. 7 (433)/PoIicy-II/VAT/2012/PF/472-483 dated 16/08/2012 stays.
