File No. MISC/Trade Notice/AM-12 DATE:- 05/03/2012 TRADE NOTICE NO. 4 /AM.12 It has been decided to insist on an authority letter containing photograph and contact details of the person (duly authenticated by signatory of the application) visiting this office to deposit the application for any of the benefit under Chapter 3. Applications without such authority letter would not be accepted at the R I counter. In case of applications filed by I.Card holders (issued by this office), a copy of the I.Card would be enclosed along with the application. For the first time applicants, authorisation would be issued only after physically verifying antecedents of the firm as well as BRC from the concerned bank.
