ESTATE, NEW DELHI File No.MISC/Trade Notice/AM-12/ DATE:-27/03/2012 TRADE NOTICE NO.5/AM.12 Trade and Industry are hereby informed that henceforth, only an authorised person duly authorised by signatory of the application, for obtaining IEC and DEPB on post export basis, shall be allowed to file the application in this office. Such person/individual visiting this office, to submit the application for obtaining DEPB and IEC, shall carry an authority letter containing photograph and contact details of the person including address, telephone no. and mobile no., duly authenticated by signatory of the application, and this authorisation shall form a part of the application to be submitted to this office. 2. Applications without such authority letter would not be accepted at the R I counter. In case of applications filed by I.Card holders (issued by this office), a copy of the I.Card would be enclosed along with the application. 3.
