Kind attention of all the Importers/Exporters, Custom House Brokers, Airlines, Trade, Customs Staff and Stakeholders is invited to the CBEC Circular No. 40/2017-Customs dated 13th October, 2017, and the Public Notice No. 08/2017 dated 2oth October, 2017 issued by the office of the Chief Commissioner, Customs (DZ) on the subject above. The said Public Notice outlines procedure for pilot implementation of paperless processing under Single Window Interface for Facilitation of Trade (SWIFT). 2. Accordingly, Appraising group 5B is specified as the group for pilot operation. Hence, all the supporting documents may be uploaded on ICEGATE for the Bills of Entry filed through the ICEGATE, as per para 4 of the aforementioned Public Notice. 3. Difficulties, if any, in implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the Joint Commissioner (Technical), ACC (Import) or the Commissioner of Customs, ACC (Import). 4.
