Kerry Indev Logistics Private Limited - reg. ************** Attention is invited to Public Notice No.100/2009 dated 03.11.2009 declaring the lnland Container Depot Of M/s. Indev Logistics Pvt. Ltd., B-7, SIPCOT Industrial park, Irrungattukottai, Sriperumbdur - 602105 as Customs Area under section 8 whereby they were appointed as Custodian under Section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962, and the subsequent Public Notices 100/2010 Dated 09.12.2010 and 161/2013 dated 25.07.2013 declaring additional areas of 4460.96 SQM and 2434 SQM of the said Custodian as Customs Area. 2. In this regard it is brought to the notice of the Trading public / Customs brokers Public/Liners/Freight Forwarders/Console Agents Etc. that the name Of M/s. Indev Logistics Private Limited has been changed as M/s. Kerry Indev Logistics Private Limited. Henceforth, the said ICD will be known as M/s. Kerry Indev Logistics Private Limited in all the documents handled in connection with Customs. Except for the change in name all other contents of the above mentioned Public Notices remain the same.
