Sudharsan Logistics Pvt. Ltd.-De notification of - reg. ************** Attention of all Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters and their representatives and Custom Brokers are invited to this Custom House Public Notice No.212/2015 dated 15.10.2015, declaring M/s. Sudharsan Logistics Pvt. Ltd. at Vaikadu Village, Manali, Chennai-600 103 as Custodian of Import Export goods, and Public Notice No. 26/2016 dated 03.02.2016 declaring the area of 39877 Sq.Ft. in the first floor of the existing warehouse of the CFS as Customs Area' under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, for the specific handling of Import LCL cargo. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, and in partial modification of the Public Notice No.26/2016 dated 03.02.2016, I ANIL K. NIGAM,, Commissioner of Customs, Chennai VIII, hereby reduce the Customs Area from 39877 Sq.Ft. to 6000 on the northern side of the warehouse in the first floor for handling Import LCL cargo inside the Container Freight Station of M /s. Sudharsan Logistics and de-notify the area of 33877 Sq.ft. (39877-6000) on the Southern side as requested by M /s. Sudharsan Logistics. All other things remain the same other than the changes herein.
