Raigad, Navi Mumbai-400707 are hereby notified to function as Customs Cargo Service Provider as defined under Handling of Customs Cargo Area Regulations, 2009 with effect from today, 7th November, 2017 for receipt, storage, delivery, dispatch and handling of imported and export goods as per Regulation 8 of HCCAR, 2009. This permission is subject to provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 read with HCCAR, 2009 and other relevant rules, regulations and instructions etc. as applicable.
