Government of Nagaland Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes Nagaland: Dimapur NO.CT/LEG/NGST-ORD/8/17/1497 Dated Dimapur October 26, 2017 ORDER No.07/2017-GST With a view to complete the TDS registration process for all the government departments by November 15, 2017, the department of State Taxes, Nagaland has launched Special TDS Registration Services by nominating the following Nodal Officers from each of the Districts State Taxes offices with immediate effect. Myingthungbemo Patton Inspector 9862028128 Therefore, all the DDOs' Central and State government departments and establishments, local authorities and Governmental agencies in the state, who makes an agreement or contract for supply of taxable goods or services including works contract and makes payment for such supplies of goods and services, are requested to contact the nodal officers of the concern district for any assistance relating TDS registration under the Nagaland Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. Department may also prefer to visit any of the District State Taxes Offices during office working hours with the required documents (PAN or TAN of the department, PAN and photo of the DDO and an Authorisation Letter from the HOD)) and get it registered from the nodal officers.
