In terms of CBEC notification No. 82/2017 Cus. (NT) dated 24.08.2017 as amended by notification No. 03/2018 Cus (NT) dated 10.01.2018, Mangalore Customs Commissionerate has jurisdiction over the districts of Bellary,Koppal, Raichur, Bijapur , Bagalkot, Kalburgi, Bidar, Yadgir, Belgaum, Dharwar, Gadag, Shivamogga, Chickmagalur , Hassan, Dakshina Kannada, Kodagu, Udupi and Uttara Kannada. 3. In partial modification of this office Public Notice No. 01/2018 dated 12.01.2018, the Customs work which was hitherto being attended by Central Excise Officers/GST Officers will be handled by the following Export Promotion Cells with immediate effect and until further orders. The officers posted to the above referred Export Promotion Cells shall report to the Commissioner of Customs, Mangalore through Additional Commissioner of Customs, Mangalore. 5. Trade and Public are requested to take note of the formation of the new Export Promotion Cells and utilize the services of the said Cells in respect of Customs work as indicated above.
