Kind attention of all importers/exporters, Customs Bonded Warehouses Licensees, Customs Brokers and the members of Trade is invited to this office Public Notice No. 43/2018 dated 25.10.2018 regarding implementation of electronic sealing (RFID seals) for deposit and removal of goods from Customs bonded warehouse with effect from 1st November, 2018, in terms of Board s Circular No. 39/2018 dated 23.10.2018. 2. In this connection, it is brought to the notice of all importers/exporters, Customs Bonded Warehouses Licensees, Customs Brokers and the members of Trade that Board has decided to extend the date of implementation to 1st January, 2019 in order to enable establishment of infrastructure and procurement of seals by warehouse owners, vide Circular No. 41/2018 dated 30.10.2018. - Sd - (Dr. D.
