As a measure of further relaxation, the Board has decided that Established Export Houses/Trading Houses may be allowed to furnish 15% Bank Guarantee instead of 25% Bank Guarantee. 2. The Board's instructions dated 18-05-1990 may be deemed to have been modified to the above extent.
