Sub: Goods and Services Tax, 2017 - Claims of GST Refunds Disbursement of sanctioned amounts- Request of the CCST for issuing certain instructions to the Treasury - Reg. ********* As it had come to notice, that there are abnormal delays in the Treasury department to disburse the SGST refund amounts statutorily sanctioned by the State/Central Tax authorities, particularly the cases of ₹ 1 Crore and above, the Government was requested to issue necessary instructions in his regard. The Finance Department of A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi informed that there are currently no issues in claiming the GST refunds and these payments are placed under green channel.
