Removal of restrictions as regards Golakganj LCS - Customs - Facility No. 06/2019

Attention of all concerned is brought to CBIC Notification No. 19/2019-Cus (NT) dated 01.03.19 by which item (iii) of the first Proviso of Notification No. 63/1994-Cus (NT) dated 21.11.94 (as amended) has been omitted. Therefore, the condition of Golakganj LCS having been appointed as Land Customs Station only for the purpose of export of stone boulders, stone chips and coal from India has been removed. Henceforth, all goods shall be permissible for export and import through Golakganj LCS unless there are specific prohibitions/restrictions pertaining to such goods.
