All the trade, field formations and general public are hereby informed that in terms of the section 5(1) and 5(2) of the Right to Information Act. 2005, Mr. R. L. Meena, Additional Commissioner, CGST South, Delhi, EIL Annexe Building, Plot No. 2B, 3th Floor, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066 has been appointed as First Appelate Authority. All appeals arising out of the orders passed by the CPIOs shall lie with the Appelate Authority. All pending applications/ appeals pertaining to the territorial jurisdiction of this Commissionerate will be dealt with by the officers designated as CPIO or appellate authority as the case maybe.
