Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers, Members of the Trade and other stake holders is invited to Board's Circular 43/2018 dated 08.11.2018 and this office Public Notice No. 30/2018 dated 15.11.2018 regarding implementation of Paperless Processing under SWIFT - uploading of supporting document on e-SANCHIT in exports, wherein, a facility to upload digitally signed documents on e-SANCHIT in exports was introduced on voluntary basis at all EDI locations across the country. 2. Further, attention is also invited to the Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration and Paperless Processing) Regulations, 2019 notified by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) vide Notification no. 33/2019 - Customs (N. T.) dated 25.04.2019, superseding the Shipping Bill (Electronic Integrated Declaration) Regulations, 2011 . It is now mandatory to upload digitally signed supporting documents on e-SANCHIT at the time of filing of shipping bills. All Exporters, Customs Brokers and other stake holders are hereby directed not to submit the supporting documents in hard copies to the Department since the same will not be accepted. 3.
