S186-02/2018A (N) Pt-l Date -30.04.2019 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 27/2019 Subject: 24 X 7 customs Clearance Operations of Nepal and Bhutan transit cargo from N.S. Docks Kolkata Haldia Docks. Attention of all concerned is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No. 35/2012 dated 16.08.2012 regarding 24 X 7 Customs clearance operations at Kolkata Port. (2) The 24 X 7 facility is now being extended to all Nepal and Bhutan transit cargo that are removed from N.S. Docks, Kolkata and Haldia Docks for onward Transit to Nepal/Bhutan under the Treaty of Transit between the Government of Nepal and the Government of India, Agreement on Trade, Commerce and Transit between the Royal Government of Bhutan and the Government of India and the ECTS procedure for Nepal transit prescribed in Public Notice No. 08/2019 dated 25/01/2019. (3) This 24 x 7 facility is also extended to Nepal and Bhutan Transit Exports through N.S. Docks, Kolkata/HaIdia Docks. (4) This Public Notice is being issued as a measure of intimation and facilitation to Nepal Transit trade.
