Kind attention of all importers/exporters and members of Trade is invited to Board s Circular 09/2019 dated 28.02.2019 regarding introduction of the next generation reform (Turant Customs) and the PN No. 07/2019 dated 01.03.2019 issued by this office. In this connection, the following procedure is brought to the kind notice of all: 2. A new facilitation cell has been created at Custom House, Visakhapatnam for clearance of facilitated Bills of Entry which will operate from Room No. 212 (Appraising Hall), IInd Floor, Customs House, Visakhapatnam. 3. The Facilitation cell will clear the facilitated Bills of Entry pertaining to all the three sites i.e. Visakhapatnam Port (INVTZ1), Gangavaram Port (INGGV1) and Visakhapatnam Air Cargo Complex (INVTZ4). 4. The officers posted in the facilitation cell will grant Out of Charge as soon as facilitated Bills of Entry come in FIFO queue after registration has been completed by the importer/CB, as explained in para 2 of CBIC Circular No. 09/2019-Customs dated 28.02.2019. 5. The COO Certificate for facilitated Bills of Entry will be verified by AC (Docks). 6. Difficulty faced, if any, may be brought to the notice of AC/DC (EDI). -Sd- (Dr. D. K.
