सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त कार्याल अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो पटपड़गंज, गाजीपुर के नजदीक दिल्ली-110096 Dated: 20.03.2020 Public Notice No. 18/2020 Sub :-Launch of Indian Customs EDI System- (ICES-I .5) for Imports and Exports, at ICD-Barhi at V.P.O Barhi, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonepat (Haryana)-Reg It is brought to the notice of all exporters, importers, CHAs, Custodians, Banks, Trade and all concerned that the computerized processing of Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills under the Indian Customs EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) System, hereinafter referred to as ICES 1.5, will commence from 25.03.2020 at Inland Container Depot, Barhi at V.P.O Barhi, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonepat, Haryana, (INRUG6) developed by M/s.Container Corporation of India Limited, at V.P.O Barhi, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonepat, Haryana and having registered office at CONCOR Bhawan C-3, Delhi-Mathura Road, Opp. Apollo Hospital, New Delhi- 1 10076 which was notified as Inland Container Depot (ICD) vide Notification No. 65 /2019-Customs (N.T.) dated 13.09.2019 (against Serial No. 4 relating to the State of Haryana and the entries relating thereto, in columns (3) and (4) issued by Central Board of Excise and Customs, Notification No. 3/2020 dated 22.01.2020 under Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 and Notification No. 04/2020 dated 22.01.2020 under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 issued by this office. All other required formalities i.e. provisions of HCCAR, 2009 including pre- production testing of EDI Systems has also been conducted. 1.1 As part of the implementation of CBEC's IT Consolidation Project, the EDI operations at Inland Container Depot Barhi at V.P.O Barhi, Tehsil Ganaurt District Sonepat, Haryana, (INRUG6) developed by M/s.Container Corporation of India Limited, at V.P.O Barhi, Tehsii Ganaur, District Sonepat, Haryana would be on ICES 1.5 application. The ICES 1.5 software, developed by NIC, has been implemented at CBEC's National Data Centre at New Delhi. The System Integrator for the project is M/S TCS. The application would cater to the needs of Customs officials at Inland Container Depot Barhi at V.P.O Barhi, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonepat, Haryana and also the Service Centre operators, internet broadband connection provided by BSNL and connectivity to the Central servers at the National Data Centre has been provided through CBEC's VPN network. NOTE:- The Punjab National Bank ,Barhi Code:3570512) at ICD Barhi [INRUG6] at BANK ADDRESS: vpo Barhi, Tehsil Ganaur, District sonepat, Haryana is the designated bank for disbursing drawback and collection of Duties, Cess etc for ICD Barhi [INRUG6] at V.P.O Barhi, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonepat, Haryana. The procedure being followed at other [CDs under this Commissionerate shall be followed for all Export/import and other Customs related works at ICD Barhi also. 2.
