Attention of the importers, exporters, Customs Brokers and all stakeholders is invited to the various measures taken by the Government of India and Government of Gujarat to prevent spreading of Covid 19 due to outbreak of Corona virus. The Central Government had timely and correctly imposed 21 days lockdown throughout the country from 24.03.2020 onwards and today on 14.04.2020 further extended till 03.05.2020. 2. In order to make measures taken by the Government to make lockdown successful, all are hereby requested not to physically visit to any Customs Houses under Ahmedabad Customs in person as well as Commissionerate Headquarters situated at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. Instead, all are requested to mail their duly signed letters, applications, requests in PDF form only on letterhead of company, firm etc. from email id of company, firm etc.to Customs Offices on email id given below.
