Attention of all the Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Steamer Agents, Custodians/ Customs Cargo Service Providers, Trade Associations / Chamber of Commerce, Members of the RAC/ PGC and the Public is invited to the CBIC Circular Number. 20/2020- Customd Dated 21.04.2020 on the above subject. 2. Representations have been received from e-seal vendors to defer the implementation of Cicrualar-10/2020-Customs dated 07th February, 2020. In view of the same, Board has decided to defer the implementation of Circular-10/2020-Customs till 30 th June, 2020. Reference is also invited to the Public Notice Number 10/2020-Customs Dated issued by the undersigned on the same subject. 3. The new date of implementation of the said Circular shall be 1st July, 2020. 4. Difficulty, if any, faced in implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. 5.
