Attention of all importers, exporters, customs brokers, members of the trade and industry and all other stakeholders is drawn to the Trade Facility No. 09/2020 dated 23.03.2020 issued vide F.No.C1/01/2020-TU cus. on the above subject. 2. In the said Trade Facility, some sections of the Custom House which are essential for the clearance of the cargo, were directed to work with skeletal staff so as to discharge critical as well as essential function of the office. It is now decided that in addition to the sections mentioned in the said Trade Facility, the Refund section is also directed to work with skeletal staff and shall function as per the directions issued vide said Trade Facility. 3.
