Valuation of immovable properties. - Income Tax - 957/CBDT

INSTRUCTION NO. 957/CBDT Dated : June 23, 1976 The Board desire that decisions of the Income-tax Appellate Tribunals relating to valuation of immovable properties other than agricultural land, forests, mines and queries should be brought to the notice of the officers of the Valuation Cell. You are, therefore, requested kindly to make arrangements for bringing to the notice of the Chief Engineers, Valuation Cell, decisions of the Tribunals relating to, or having bearing upon valuation of immovable properties.
