No. 480/2/75-FTD), dated 3rd June, 1975, regarding the Guarantee Bond to be furnished by the agent of a non-resident shipping concern in terms of the proviso to section 172(3) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. The from in which the Guarantee Bond should be obtained has since been evolved in consultation with the Ministry of Law, a copy thereof is annexed.
