Amendment in Bihar Goods & Service Tax Act 2017 - S.O. 61-05/2017-2169 - Bihar SGST

The 28th June 2017 S.O.61 dated 28th June 2017- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Bihar Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017(Bihar Act 12 of 2017) , the Governor of Bihar is pleased to declare that the provisions of Section 1 , Section 2 , Section 3 , Section 4 , Section 5 , Section 10 , Section 22 , Section 23 , Section 24 , Section 25 , Section 26 , Section 27 , Section 28 , Section 29 , Section 30 , Section 139 , Section 146 and Section 164 of the Bihar Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 shall come into force with effect from the date of issue of this notification.
