Notification for Implementation of certain provisions of Odisha GST Act, 2017 - S.R.O. No. 286/2017 - Orissa SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 22nd June, 2017 S.R.O. No.286/2017 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017) , the State Government do hereby appoint the 22nd day of June, 2017 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 10 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 139 , 146 and 164 of the said Act shall come into force.
