Jurisdiction of officers - 9830/CT - Orissa SGST

OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF COMMERCIAL TAXES: ODISHA, CUTTACK Notification No. 9830/CT Dated 24/06/2017 In exercise of powers conferred in sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and in pursuance to Finance Department (Government of Odisha) Notification No. 19493-Fin-CT1-TAX-0022-2017 dt 24/06/2017 , I, Saswat Mishra, I.A.S., Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha do hereby specify that the officers appointed under Section 3 of the Odisha Goods and Service tax Act, 2017 as per the above mentioned Government Notification shall have jurisdiction over the same area as was assigned to them under sub-section (3) of Section 3 of Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004.
