No. MGST-1017/C.R.104(1)/Taxation-1.- In the Government Notification of the Finance Department No. MGST-1017/C.R.104/Taxation.-1 [No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate)], dated 29th June 2017, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-Ordinary No. 183 dated 29th June 2017 ,- (1) on page 12, in Schedule for 2.5 %, in column (2), at serial number 180, for 30 read 30 or any Chapter ; (2) on page 42, in Schedule for 9%, in column (3) at serial number 42, the words other than those shall be deleted; (3) on page 66, in Schedule for 9%, in column (3) at serial number 411, the words goggles and the like corrective, protective or other shall be deleted.
