The 19th July 2017 S.O. 121, dated the 19th July 2017- In notification number 2/2017 State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Bihar, published in the Gazette of Bihar, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 67, dated the 29th June, 2017 ,- (i) in column (3) of Serial Number 45, for Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split , read Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split [other than put up in unit container and bearing a registered brand name] ; (ii) in clause (vi) in column (3) of Serial Number 148, omit [proposed GST Nil] . 2. This corrigendum shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of July, 2017 [(File No. Bikri-kar/GST/vividh-10/2017-21)] By the order of Governor of Bihar, Sujata Chaturvedi, Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Commercial Taxes Department.
