Classes of Officers in Uttarakhand GST Act,2017 - 523/2017 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section 8 Notification No. 523/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 Dehradun Dated 29/06/2017 WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 06 of 2017) , the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the following classes of officers to carry out the purposes of the said Act and rules made there under. (a) Principal Commissioner of Chief Commissioner of State tax; (b) Commissioner of State tax; (c) Special Commissioners of State tax; (d) Additional Commissioners of State tax; (e) Joint Commissioners of State tax; (f) Deputy Commissioners of State tax; (g) Assistant Commissioners of State tax; (h) State goods and service tax officer; and (i) State goods and service tax Inspector 2.
