Regarding amendment in the notification no. 514 dt. 29/06/2017 - 630/2017 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section 8 Notification No. 630/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 Dehradun Dated 03/08/2017 Corrigendum WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient to do so in public interest; Now, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 06 of 2017) , the Governor, is pleased to allow to make the following amendments in the Notification No. 514/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 Dated 29 June, 2017 issued by the Government of Uttarakhand, Finance Section-8, namely:- (A) In the Schedule I-2.5%,- (i) in S.
