Amendment in Notification No.36ST-2 dated 30.06.2017 regarding exempted goods. - 63/ST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 2nd August, 2017 No.63 /ST-2 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) , the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 , namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.36/ ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 , in the Schedule,- (i) against Serial Number 59, under column (2), for the figure 9 , the figures 7, 9 or 10 shall be substituted; and (ii) against Serial Number 102, under column (2), for the figure 2302 , the figures 2301,2302 shall be substituted.
