Notify that the Notification No.11/2017-Central Tax, dated 28th June, 2017 - EXN-F(10)-23/2017 - Himachal Pradesh SGST

EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Shimla-2, the 11 th August, 2017 No. EXN-F(10)-23/2017.- In pursuance of sub-section (4) of section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) , the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify that the Notification No.11/2017-Central Tax, dated 28th June, 2017 notified by the Government of India under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 shall also apply mutatis-mutandis to the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 . 2.
