Waiver of late fee for late filing of GSTR-3B for the month of July, 2017 - 1591-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT Revenue NOTIFICATION No. 1591-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 4th day of September, 2017 In exercise of the power conferred by Sections 128 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) , the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to waive the late fee payable under section 47 of the said Act , for all registered persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July, 2017 by the due date.
