Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 15th September 2017 No. FA-3-61/2017-1-V-(101).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules 2017, the Government of Madhya Pradesh hereby constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of following officers, namely:- (a) Shri Rajesh Bahuguna, Special Commissioner, State Tax (b) Shri Atul Saxena, Commissioner, GST, Bhopal (Audit).
