NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT AMENDMENTS TO THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017. [G.O. Ms. No. 116, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 22nd September 2017, Purattasi 6, Hevilambi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2048.] No. II(2)/CTR/(d-3)/2017. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) , the Governor of Tamil Nadu, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/532(d-8)/2017, published at pages 82-83 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 29th June, 2017 , namely:- AMENDMENT . In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- 6A 5801 Corduroy fabrics. . Dr. C.
