Appointment of member of the West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling - 1637-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT Revenue NOTIFICATION No. 1637-F.T., the 14th day of September, 2017.- In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 96 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint Shri Parthasarathi Dey, Senior Joint Commissioner of State tax as a member of the West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling under the said Act. 2.
