Amendment of Notification No 1076-F.T. dated 21/06/2017 - 1720-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT Revunue NOTIFICATION No. 1720-F.T., the 22nd day of September, 2017.- In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the following classes of officers, in partial modification by way of amendments to this Department Notification No. 1076-F.T., the 21st day of June, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), to the effect as below, for carrying out the purposes of the said Act- Amendments In the said notification,- (i) for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted:- (d) Sales Tax Officer as appointed under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003, as Assistant Commissioner of State tax under the said Act; (ii) for clause (e), the following clause shall be substituted:- (e) Assistant Sales Tax Officer as appointed under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003, as State Tax Officer under the said Act. 2.
