FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION (03-A/2017) No. FD 47 CSL 2017 Bengaluru, dated: 13.10.2017. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017) the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. (3) FD 47 CSL 2017, dated the 28th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Karnataka, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, Number 583, dated the 28thJune, 2017 , namely: In the said notification,- for the words seventy five lakh , the words, one crore shall be substituted; By Order and in the name of the Governor of Karnataka K.S.
