Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 13th October 2017 No. FA-3-47/2017-1-V-(131).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in this department s notification No. F. A.-3-47-2017-1-V (59), dated the 30 th June, 2017, published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary) No. 312, dated the 30 th June, 2017 , namely : In the said notification,- (ii) in the Table, after serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- 10 Supply of services by the members of Overseeing Committee to Reserve Bank of India.
