GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAXES NAGALAND: DIMAPUR Dated Dimapur, the 15 th November, 2017 NOTIFICATION- 28/2017 In pursuance of section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (4 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner on the recommendation of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Nagaland, Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, Nagaland; Dimapur No. 19/2017, dated the 3 rd November, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 30th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 31st day of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
